I trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine, refining my classical skills alongside experience in renowned kitchens including Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill and Boisdale Canary Wharf. This combination of instinct and formal training allows me to cook with both creativity and precision, producing food that is refined yet deeply comforting.
My style is rooted in bold, vibrant Mediterranean cuisine, shaped by seasonal produce, with strong influences from Middle Eastern and Latin American flavours for warmth, spice, and depth. I also draw on my British training to deliver refined, balanced dishes when required.
